Matt Kirschner

Matt Kirschner is a licensed insurance broker with a focus on life and health products. He is also the commercial lines manager for Mikolajcik-Schultz & Associates, an affiliated property insurance agency.
Matt graduated with a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Pittsburgh in 2009 and worked for the City of Pittsburgh in the Mayor’s office. Shortly thereafter he took advantage of the City’s tuition reimbursement program and obtained a master’s degree in business. In 2012, a blonde woman mistakenly tried to take his seat at a restaurant, and he met his wife, Rachael. The two married in 2015. At his wife’s urging, Matt obtained his insurance license in 2015 and has been with Insurance Services of Zelienople ever since. They share a son, Knox.
Matt enjoys golfing, and years of dedication has shaved his handicap down to the low 30s. His other hobbies include spending time with family and friends, arguing with family and friends, and complaining. Since 2006, he has been a subject matter expert (SME) on male-pattern baldness.
